Ombudsman Complaints

The Ontario ODSP Action Coalition has heard many complaints about how ODSP applicants and recipients are treated. We think that Ombudsman Ontario should also hear these complaints.

About 70 people complained to Ombudsman Ontario about the lengthy delays in processing ODSP applications. Because of their complaints, Ombudsman Ontario had an official investigation into these delays.

Let's build on this momentum!

The Coalition is asking ODSP recipients, applicants and the agencies that support them to make complaints to the Ombudsman's office. We hope that if enough people make complaints, the Ombudsman will investigate. This could lead to better service for ODSP recipients.
